With over 25 years in global financial services, Bijna is a former investment banker turned venture capitalist and investor.  She has served leading Wall Street firms, sovereigns, and now advises and invests across venture capital funds and ventures globally.

A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and an alumna of Oxford and De Montfort Universities, Bijna has authored multiple works on innovation and digital transformation. She is widely recognised with international awards including Venture Capitalist of the Year (2025) and appointment as Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (2020) by Queen Elizabeth II.
